O condomínio é enorme, super organizado. Academia bem equipada. Muitas vagas de garagem disponíveis. O flat é térreo, abriu a porta já tem uma piscina na frente, ideal para quem vai com criança. Restaurante com o preço bem acessível. Mercado, restaurante e outras opções na frente do condomínio.

Mar aberto, sem salva vidas; Churrasqueira toda enferrujada (não recomendo o uso); As 2 camas tipo futon (colchonetes) e os cobertores estavam com cheiro de suor (embora o restante da roupa de cama estivessem limpos); Zero flexibilidade em relação a checkout (11:00h)
