Excellent location. Looked like pictures advertised. GR staff were very helpful.

The location was wonderful, convenient to walk to everything. The apartment was clean, and nicely decorated, and we appreciated the amenities like the coffee and tea.

We did not have access to wi-fi during our entire stay. We tried to access wi-fi on three different devices using the instructions provided, but it would not work. I messaged the email listed on the information sheet to ask how to connect, and that email was never answered. Having wi-fi when traveling for work is a must, so this was a big disappointment, especially that our email was not answered even after days passed. The other negative is the noise level, only a glass door separates the bed from the street, and we could hear people walking by and talking clearly when we were trying to sleep late at night. A noise machine might help with this.

Great, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated apartment with everything you need including a little sachet or olive oil, salt and pepper and Nespresso machine. It is not in the city center but very conveniently located on a safe street just 5-10 min walk from tourist attractions. There is no 24X7 concierge but the people who manage the property are very responsive. So if you are looking for something other than a hotel, it is a pretty cool choice!

The sofa bed didn’t work, and we specifically booked the property for that. So sleeping was a little inconvenient for two of us, given we did not want to share beds. Also, on one occasion, the water in the shower turned cold but that was resolved soon.

Location, easy to check-in

The apartment was made great primarily for two reasons: the location and the cleanliness. It is centrally located, close to small bakeries and necessities, close to the heart of Porto, and close to the locals rail station. It was also spotless and filled with necessities you didn’t know you needed. We would definitely stay again.
