Centrally located with a well positioned balcony

Fantastic clean, modern apartment in a central location. All the amenities you could possibly need are available eg: hairdryer,iron, towels etc. The beaches , supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all on your doorstep. Lovely balcony with a view of the seafront and patio furniture and cover available for those very hot days.

A cleaning spray would be helpful to give bathroom/kitchen a wipe down. However, there is a brush, mop etc:

Location was superb, right in the heart of the strip. You could hear the music from the cafe/bar underneath but we enjoyed listening to a "free" band every night and it did not go on too late.

Can not find any fault

The property was very modern and clean

I would prefer a key box at the property as there was a bit of confusion as to where to get the keys. They did tell me in an email but I had forgotten about it. The place to collect the key was very close but if you didn’t know where you were going it could be confusing.

Excellent accommodation in Puerto de Carmen.We had everything what we needed. The apartment was large with excellent equipment such as (iron, washing machine, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning). The terrace was large with a nice view of the sea. The accommodation was spacious, new and clean. The location was suitable for me and my partner, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and groceries. We will definitely go back.

The only cons of the accommodation was that the entrance to the apartment was from the back of the restaurant and there was a bar under the apartment, but we didn't have a problem with that because the music wasn't very loud and it made the stay more enjoyable.
