Apt. had everything we required,so much so we have already re-booked.. Charlotte's communication was excellent. TV package was excellent. Plenty of hot water, shower strength good. Good sized balcony with views of the ocean. Sunny balcony.

Blackout curtains are needed in the lounge to keep the midday heat out. There is only a very thin net curtain at the window / door. This is a small criticism as there is A/C Unit which you can pay per hour which is good value.

Great location with a fantastic view out to the sea, a typical apartment that you would expect to find in Puerto Del Carmen. Easy access to the apartment via key boxes and codes, great communication with Charlotte and early access was allowed at no extra cost. Air con was available but not required, if you wish to use it then it's a cost of 1 euro which lasts approximately 2 hours. Safe is available at no extra cost which are usually chargeable at nearby hotels etc.

Noisy neighbours banging doors but nothing that the owners of the apartment can do. I've previously stayed on the complex and been noise free so just down to luck.

Loved the location 5 mins walk to casino area on strip and taxi rank/bus stop

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr schönen,gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage. Der Ausblick ist großartig und ein Strand ist in Fußnähe.

Die Ausstattung könnte hier und da eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen.

The property was spotlessly clean & safe, close to the beach & all facilities.

Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is bright and well maintained very near To the main ‘strip’ and all the bars and restaurants. Charlotte the owner was brilliant and made our stay even better by staying in touch with us to sort out any little issues.
