Central Seaview Apartment Puerto del Carmen

Location and communication with the owner.

Great location, wash machine, hair dryer , extra blankets and pillows

Shower and wardrobe not clean, we missed fresh towels and bedclothes,

Apartment was spotless ,,, well equipped ,,,very central for old and new town ,,,would highly recommend thanks Laura

Plenty of room in the apartment I loved it had a washing machine and the balcony was a good size that got the sun with a lovely see view

It’s a bit tired but good for the price I would stay again

Location was excellent minutes from bars and shops.Only issue I had was that there was an odour in flat from drains maybe but it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

In my opinion it's the best sea view from puerto del Carmen and you get the sun all day long It's a little noisy with the traffic but quiet on an evening It's the perfect location for the old town and the main strip alike A spar shop within 2 mins walk.and the main shopping centre is 2 mins too I will be booking this property again thats for sure

Very nice, spacious apartment with great balcony and great view.

We used the bedroom nearest the kitchen. The mattress protector was of the plastic variety, it did not stay in place and made one feel very clammy during the night. The bed linen was very light which did not help.
