Appartements spacieux

Nous avons indiqué notre arrivée vers 22h,jai téléphoné à l'établissement mais j'ai expliqué que je ne parle ni anglais ni allemand, le monsieur était très gentil au téléphone et m'a envoyé l'adresse ainsi que le code sauf que je ne comprenais pas comment ouvrir, donc une dame à répondu à l'interphone et à dû descendre alors qu'elle était sous la douche et limite m'envoyer balader car je ne comprenais pas le système d'ouverture, l'appartement est très grand mais une mauvaise odeur à l'intérieur, et j'ai réservé pour 4 personnes je n'avais pas de tait d'oreille et draps pour le canapé ni serviette de douche, j'ai du ouvrir les fenêtres pour aéré et les chauffages du salon et la chambre à couché ne fonctionnait pas, uniquement cuisine et couloir, je pense que la personne aurai pu traduire sur internet comment ouvrir le boîtier et envoyer les instructions à l'avance, la communication n'est pas au top. Heureusement que c'était pas très cher.....
