I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I did not like anything about my stay - the service from the staff and the overall experience at the hotel were truly terrible

Absolutely terrible hotel – ruined our holiday! We had only booked for one night, yet this hotel completely ruined our trip. From the moment we arrived, there was no reception or staff to guide us or give us our room key. After multiple frustrating calls (with staff speaking very poor and hard-to-understand English), we only discovered—thanks to another guest—that the main reception is about 400 meters away. The staff we encountered were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. At check-in, they demanded a £150 security deposit and clearly try to use any trick to thieve it legally from guests. At checkout, they don’t even check the room in front of you. Instead, they send a staff member after check-out and say they’ll “let you know in 7 hours” whether the deposit will be refunded. They accused us of leaving rubbish (we didn’t), leaving the fan on (we turned it off), and even claimed we had used dishes, even though we hadn’t touched any. The hotel is old, dirty, and unsafe. The bathroom shower was broken and barely usable, the escalator dangerously old, and everything felt neglected. This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. Unprofessional staff, dishonest practices, unsafe facilities, and absolutely no hospitality. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. Even for one night, it is filthy, unsafe, and will leave you full of regret.

Res, lluny de tot menys de la platja, estació de tren llunyissim, botiga aprop no tenen gaire varietat i car, em van cobrar 20€ per sortir 1 hora i mitja més tard, i 50€ perque ens hem oblidar menjar tancat, nou, a la nevera, per més valor que els 50€

Tot fatal, un fret increïble i només un calefactor d'un pam d'alt, amb un bebé, vaig demanar un més gran i em van dir que el cost era apart Fins ara no em tornen res dels 90€ de fiança

Très mauvais choix pas couverts pas chauffage il faut nettoyer l'appartement Avent de sortir mauvais odeurs

La ubicación estupenda , hace poco que lo han reformado
