Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Es war sehr ruhig, selbst die Baugeräusche waren kaum zu hören.

Man musste im Parkhaus parken. Positiv: es war nicht weit von der Wohnung. Negativ: schon erhebliche zusätzliche Kosten...
