"Nice place"

Well-equipped and clean, close to cafes. Good communication from the host.

We were kept awake by loud noises from the street (cars racing, people shouting) throughout the night. We stayed on a Saturday so this might not be an issue other days.

"Avoid this place!"

Great hair dryer. plenty of hot water. AC worked well.

Dirty (wad of hair by the bed, dead roach by bed, bathroom moldy, mop bucket and broom by shower). Homemade plywood/fiberboard bed platform impossible to enter and exit without getting scratched — and if you have mobility issues, forget it. Additionally, owner would not answer phone for nearly 30 minutes during the confirmed one hour check in time period so we had to sit on sidewalk. Would never recommend this place.
