2 Room Condo - 5 mins from Costa da Caparica Beach & Bars

The apartment was wonderful. Bright, comfortable and spacious. Being right outside of the busy area of Foz it's pretty quiet, and having everything within a 10 minute walk was wonderful. The view from each of the rooms was beautiful and Ramón was very quick to respond to any questions I had and being a 5 minute walk away, he was able to get to the property quickly to deliver the keys. There is a dual washer/dryer which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had ample hot water and great water pressure. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this property and would definitely stay again. There are thermostats, but they don't work, so heating and air conditioning wasn't used, so I can't speak to those amenities. There is access to your own parking space inside a secured garage that connects to the building. Our vehicle was too tall and long, but there was always street parking just outside the building on the seafront.

Being in the centre of everything and the beach at literally 5 minutes away. The apartment was small but very clean and tidy and absolutely stunning. Had Air conditioning and was a saviour The shower was amazing 😍

Just one or 2 things that could improve: The coffee machine was not working The toilet handle was easy to fall off The bidet tap was not working properly, but the shower was absolutely amazing except for the fact that the shower cabinet was not long enough and water couldn't be spilled easily, and the light switch in the kitchen was not working properly. However for our 1 night only, it made no difference. We love it there 😻

The apartment was light and airy, decorated nicely. Facilities appreciated.

Unfortunately, the main building wasn't up to our usual standards. The block was dark, dirty, and had a musky smell. There was a swarm of flies at the entrance of the building. Also, the lifts stopped working a couple of times.

It was exactly as pictures showed, absolutely beautiful for the price paid, got a wine bottle as a gift, location very good in proximity to the beach, host helpful for anything needed, and not to mention the cleanliness of the property 👍🏻

Cosy apartments, very close to the beach, plenty of restaurants around. Taxi to the airport was about 20eur.

The room from inside was perfect. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well planned out. The owner has thought of everything. Small shop for your essential needs across the road as well as a halal food place. Nice little shopping centre at walking distance. Beach was a straight 10 min walk.

It's so hard to find the building. The area looks rough. Building looks like an estate area building. It was difficult to enter the building and room as the codes were incorrect. I was disappointed with the view. U can just about see the beach.
