Es bonito y está cerca de todo lo que resulta de interés

Presenta humedades de las cuales dispongo fotos, por muchas partes de la vivienda, aunque se notan que se han intentado disimular se siguen viendo, y eso es un riesgo para la salud, por lo que no aconsejo pasar más de 1 noche. Además el ruido del aire acondicionado es muy elevado porque es muy viejo y si se apaga hace mucho frío.
