Please note that Apartamentos Santillana del Mar has no reception. You can collect your keys at the address stated in the booking confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to inform Apartamentos Santillana del Mar, at least one day in advance, of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the first telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. Towels and bed linen are provided in all villas. Please note that there is no capacity for extra guests. Please note that between 15 June and 30 September check-in is from 14:30 and check out is at 10:30.
