The lake, the sea, the history

Un posto delizioso ed accogliente nel mezzo della natura...i dintorni spettacolari ...bellissima vacanza !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war viel größer als gedacht und die Aufteilung war sehr gut. Es war auch im Juli immer angenehm in der Wohnung und die beiden Ventilatoren waren völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett, sie wohnen oben und sind sehr hilfsbereit, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, auch unser kleiner Hund war herzlich willkommen. Die Lage war perfekt, es war einfach Rom zu besuchen, ans Meer zu fahren oder an den wirklich bezaubernden Lago die Bracciano (...the Lake, the sea, the history...😊, nicht zuviel versprochen). Wie bereits von anderen Personen bemerkt, ist der Wasserdruck an sämtlichen Wasserhähnen sehr schwach, aber das ist nur ein kleines Manko. Wünschenswert wären ein paar einfache Gartenmöbel (Tisch und Stühle), damit man auch draußen am Tisch sitzen kann, um zu essen oder zu spielen. Nochmals vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

Die ländliche Gegend fernab vom Massentourismus, liebe Gastgeber bei denen man sich wohl fühlt und den Spirit von Dolce Vita bekommt.

Nichts, es war alles gut wie es war.

Appartamento davvero bello, spazioso e ben attrezzato. Contesto tranquillo e piacevole. Proprietari davvero simpatici, cortesi e molto disponibili.

Non è comodissimo spostarsi senza auto.

No shops or restaurants in walking distance

Nice and easygoing hosts, big apartment with comfortable furniture, spacious glazed terrace, quiet place, safe parking on the territory, buns, mini cakes, chocolates and fruits as a welcome treat (many Italian hosts do that, which is irresistibly nice). There is a children playground nearby. The apartment is not far from the picturesque lake of Bracciano and is at a reasonable distance from Rome. For us it was a great variant to see Rome and not to pay fortunes for accommodation.

Firstly, our plans changed 3 times and Patrizia, the owner, was so kind and flexible that she changed the reservation all 3 times! Her husband operates an AMAZING pub in Anguilla (Granfá) which is a spectacular little spot for delicious dinner and craft beers. The apartment is fully stocked and you will be provided whatever you need. A true home away from home! The garden, basketball, soccer area and bbq are all available too! Your family will love it! A very short drive from Anguilla or Bracciano and of course, Lago di Bracciano !! I would give 7 stars if I could! The design of the apartment really gives each are a lot of privacy. They have games available as well. They really thought of everything and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable!

Nothing to do with the apartment but our stay was burdened by rain. Oh well, it made it feel more tropical!
