Piscina estava em manutenção e por isso não podemos utilizarmos na hospedagem. Apartamento um bocado quente.

A limpeza, a localização e a simpatia da Tânia com que nos recebeu.

Apenas como sugestão, a troca de colchão, pois faz muito efeito de mola. De resto, tudo impecável.

Good location in Armacao de Pera, 6-8 minutes walk to the beach and a few steps away from Lidl, municipal market and large Chinese store called Vitakiwi - you can buy basically everything at these three spots. Underground parking is a big plus, street parking also is usually available. Wi-fi worked well.

Staff (servicing company) was somehow difficult to contact prior to arrival. I booked a long time in advance, never got any messages, and, when I started to inquire about two weeks prior to arrival, there was no response. Finally got through, and everything was ok, but lack of clear and prompt communication made us a bit nervous. Two frying pans were both in terrible shape, and also there was no spatula in the apartment. The shower faucet was old and old-fashioned, it made it difficult to adjust water temperature and pressure, and, most important, it was also slightly leaking, which made the shower head dripping constantly. This one needs to be replaced ASAP. The kitchen basically had only one socket to be shared between microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen stools were ridiculously small, had to look twice every time not to miss the target. Clearly not suitable for XL+ size of the relevant body part :). The pool was in bad shape with lots of tiles peeling off. Also, it was rarely cleaned from petals and other debris.

Buen apartamento para pasar unos días de relax, con una ubicación buena para salir y visitar otros pueblos, además tiene la plaza del mercado a menos de 3 mint andando (os recomiendo mucho ir). Un apartamento grande y muy espacioso, limpio y equipado. Piscina (me imagino que dependiendo de la temporada) no bajaba prácticamente nadie y está muy bien. Garaje incluido.

Por ponerle alguna pega, es el primer check-out que nos hicieron salir a las 10:00, siempre suelen ser a las 11:00-12:00.

Estaba el apartamento con muchas comodidades, varios tipos de almohadas, en la cocina y en el baño no le faltaba detalle, céntrico para hacer excursiones, muy limpio, volvería a ir

The location size of apartment & the facilities in the apartment The apartment was in a fantastic location only about 8 minutes walk to the beach it's on the 5th floor & the building has two lifts so easy access is available the apartment was very clean all rooms are of a good size then kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal & has a washing machine bed in the bedroom was comfy to sleep on its only a double so a little small for me but I still managed a good night's sleep. The apartment is in a quiet location but still close to restaurants & main center

O apartamento está muito bem equipado, com tudo o que se necessita para uma estadia curta ou prolongada. A limpeza é excelente. A localização é muito boa, fica perto de tudo (supermercados, restaurantes, serviços, praia), sendo possível ir a pé. E ainda é possível, estacionar o carro na garagem.
