Great location, well equipped apartment giving us everything we needed, great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. So close to the beach it was perfect. Small apartment but perfect for us as a small family travelling with a toddler. Very clean. The owners were so helpful. You can see the sea from the balcony.

The walls are quite thin so you do hear doors opening etc in other apartments but it wasn’t enough to bother us. The bed is also quite firm but we got used to that after the first few nights.

We were there during the blackout and our lovely host contacted us to offer any help and support if we needed it.

Location was absolutely fantastic. Just a stones throw from a stunning beach and restaurants etc.

1) No body wash/shampoo or anything else in bathroom apart from towel. This is the basic expectation for tourists in a bathroom. 2) Heavy water clogging in toilet sink and shower room. Shower room floor is tilted away from drainage, so you are expected to keep sweeping water towards drain while showering else shower area becomes a pond and if not take care, shower water might leak out of shower area. As for toilet sink, it should be unclogged before renting it out. 3) No kitchen tissues or aluminum foil or cling film in kitchen. No salt/oil etc. These are basics and should be provided by default. 4) There is a dish washer provided, but no tablets. We had to buy our own. 5) Sofa cushions were provided in all the rooms instead of pillows. This is absolutely not expected. These are square thick sofa cushions made of foam which we were expected to use as pillows. First night in those pillows and our necks were hurting in the morning. We slept without any pillows for next 3 days to avoid any injury during sleep. There were other small issues but I am leaving them out.

Everything, accommodation good, host dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently. Facilities in accommodation worked, accommodation very clean.Location everything was at your doorstep, felt safe.

Nothing

Location was great right by the beach and by many restaurants. We can to a clean room On the property there is everything you may need, a dish washer and kitchen appliances. Water pressure very good.

The wall sockets were coming out of the walls and were very unsafe. I couldn’t believe they allowed to rent it out so if you gave small kids they might be able to touch it. The oven looked easy but the hob was hard to use and we were not able to cook dinner on it for 10 nights. Shower leaking through glass door as it wasn’t installed properly. If you need to use the living room sofa like a bed then I would consider bring a pillow because the pillow and duvet wasn’t very nice to sleep with and the sofa had an uncomfortable spot where you pulled it out.

Close to shops, restaurants. beaches. All you need for a holiday

The actual apartment. inside was nice and clean.

It was in a residentiial block. It was noisy. The smell of others cooking hit you as you enter the reception and corridor.. All other apartment windows vented open windows from their kitchens into the corridor, hence you couldnt open the bedroom window for fresh air. The whole feeling of a holiday stay was not there. We left after 1 night and went to a hotel up the road.

The property was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and modern. It was a great location for exploring the Algarve.

The only thing I would say is the bedroom windows that face the stairwell. But, that is the apartment layout and can’t be changed. Not a deal breaker by any means.

It’s a nice apartment, very clean and comfortable, close to the beach, bares, restaurant.
