Great location, close to the heart of Sabbiadoro and the beach, yet in a quiet environment. Parking is conveniently located right next to the building. There is a beautiful view of the surrounding pine forest and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped - just like at home.

We were there on New Year's Eve, during unusually cold and windy weather. The air conditioner was set to heat pump mode, but even though it ran continuously, the indoor temperature was slightly below comfortable.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Einkaufspassage, Restaurants und auch der Strand in der Nähe. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Wer jedoch außerhalb der Saison fährt, sollte eine kleine Heizung mitnehmen. Es wird sonst recht kühl. Die Vermieterin war durchgehend zu erreichen und hat auch umgehend geholfen.

Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es da so gut wie gar nicht. Außerhalb der Saison kann man zumindest auf Parkplätzen mit gelber Umrandung parken. Parkhäuser schließen am 30.09..

Era perfettamente pulita e sopratutto una cosa che io adoro moltissimo la reponsabile della struttura molto accogliente e sopratutto disponibile.

L'efficenza e la pulizia

La cucina attaccata al letto e il frigo un po' rumoroso forse perché attaccato al letto, per chi ha il sonno leggero non è d'aiuto
