"A good experience, but could still be improved."

Strategic location. Gated community with extra safety. Spacious house, fully furnished. Very clean and comfortable. Food delivery are allowed in the residence. Pleasant attitude of the owner.

Air conditioner only in the main hall. Inside the rooms only have ceiling fan. No warm water for shower. Not provided with 3 in 1 drinks. Had to bring our own or order from FoodPanda/GrabFood.
