"Tiszta, modern, rendes panel lakás a 9.emeleten."

Panel lakáshoz képest egy felújított, jól felszerelt lakás a 9.emeleten. Lift van. Kilátás szép. A lakásban sok a játék, csocsó, asztali billiárd stb, így az estéket is jól el lehet tölteni. Konyhában minden van, mosogatógép, szuper kávéfőző, tányérok, sok pohár, főzőedények.

Az utcára néz a lakás, hétköznap kicsit hangos. Sajnos a 9.emeleten is lehet hallani mindent. Az ablakokon nincs redőny csak árnyékoló ezért nyáron már kora reggel besüt a nap. Kár hogy nincs legalább sötétítő függöny.
