La comunicación porque llegue el día de mi hospedaje y no me habían mandado las indicaciones sin embargo contestaron muy rápido y fue muy fácil de conseguir

Beautiful opera/ballet vibes in the room, very cozy, amazing velvet furniture and great equipment, one of our favorite rooms. We were kindly guided step by step, with videos on how to find the keys and our rooms since the Hotel is quite spacious and we were given precise descriptions. Definitely we are coming back..
