Het is een prachtig nieuwbouwappartement waarvan de stijl volledig is afgestemd op de bergsfeer (zonder kitsch te zijn). Het is ruim, praktisch ingedeeld en voorzien van allerlei benodigdheden (zoals broodrooster, koffiezet, microgolf, waterkoker, enz. maar ook een kast vol spelletjes voor binnen en buiten). Er is een gigantisch terras met zicht op de speeltuin. Dat was voor ons een grote surplus. Het was zéér proper gekuist bij onze aankomst. De ondergrondse parkeerplaats ten slotte is ongezien ruim.
