Breakfast-orange juice good; commercial sweet muffin and sweet instant porridge poor; piece of fresh fruit good. Teabags, coffee, biscuits good; fresh milk excellent. This is a hard water area so a cheap 39p 2 litre bottled water would have been appreciated for use in kettle. This is a very quiet accommodation despite being on the main road which gives easy access. Car parked directly outside door on private drive.

Hard water scum spoiling boiled water in tea and coffee - cheap provision as above would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was as expected as I have stayed before, I recommend adding the detail of breakfast in the booking, as it says 'Good breakfast included' - a misleading statement for a cooked breakfast.

I was offered only one small carton of milk for the entire 5 days, but it ran out by day 3.

The booking said they provide breakfast, there were no cooked breakfast, this should me mentioned on booking.

The breakfast was a few things in your room. This should be stated on the booking agreement as it clearly stated breakfast which means a cooked breakfast to most people.

|The landlady didn't like the fact that a care leaver was staying at her property which is discrimination and didn't want to let people in rooms late at night 10pm, but the booking allowed slots that late. Therefore the landlady needs to adjust her booking system and not tell guests that she needs to have a life !!!! The landlady stated she normally has contractors so maybe she should only allow workers in her establishment, if that it all she is happy with.
