"William Street by The Williams"

Location was great for our needs. Free residential parking permit was very good. Property was clean, tidy had everything need for a relaxing comfortable stay. Slept really and felt really refreshed at the end of our stay.

No complaints.

The place was nice and clean

The shower was poor water just dribbled out it was either freezing cold or scalding hot The fridge didn't work properly called person looking after it sent someone out said it was working next day water all over floor all food in fridge ruined

"Started well, ended up a letdown."

Location was good, easy to find and park. Access was good and no hassle getting in. Communication prior to the visit was good and everything felt stress free.

Biggest issue, a broken bed, the slats underneath were completely gone, tried fixing them at 11.30pm. Did not work for long as during the night they came out again. There was also red hair on the pillow and the bed looked like it had been am,de by someone leaving in a hurry. Also the TV was utterly useless, zero signal and unable to sue streaming apps. Not a massive thing but completely pointless. Cut the trip short as we were so tired form the initial travel we decided another night in a broken bed wasn't worth the 5hr drive.
