No 5 New Inn Apartments

Lovely flat. Very spacious. Although beds were a bit squeaky they were comfortable. Everywhere was very clean.

Everything was fine apart from kitchen. The frying pans were practically unusable . Managed to find one I could just about use. Baking tray totally burnt and unusable. Oven shelves dirty. Microwave dirty. Fridge desperately needs defrosting. Someone else’s rubbish left in dustpan . Towels smelt damp. Dirt down sides of cushions on sofas. Only two pudding bowls.

Could do with a shower mat as bath very slippery. Just a small point but important

It was nice and tidy, was given all the necessary equipment, the welcome box was a nice little addition to the apartment

The kettle didn’t work upon arrival and the oven was dirty so started smoking when we tried cooking

The bedding and towels had a really bad damp smell esp the towels

Very good location

Stairs too steep for part of the group. Ground floor would have been better. Apartment could have been a bit more cleaner. But great location.

The shower wasn’t very good but everything else was great.
