Haus Arosa

Sigmund and his wife were very welcoming and made sure to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is well planned, light and well-kept, and in close perimeter to the ski-bus. A perfect place for a week in Arlberg!

Knowing full well that beds are a divider when it comes to hard or soft - our inclination is towards soft beds, so as the beds were on the harder side they didn't quite fit our liking. I no way a deal-breaker though as we would gladly stay here again.

Quiet tidy modern flat, nice facilities like heated ski boot holder, parking, heating room, balcony ... it was also exceptionally nice to have the towels changed mid-week! Close to ski bus stop and free ski storage for 4 people at Rendlbahn available.

Be aware that the very friendly, helpful landlord lives in the same house and that there is no washing machine for use or rental. It would have been great to have a bread knife and more light in the kitchen.

Beautiful location and view from the studio. The studio was very clean and everything needed was there.

The apartment was clean, in good condition, and well-located in Pettneu with very good access to public transport. The host was accommodating and able to provide some local knowledge.

The apartment could have been improved with better cooking equipment, pans, utensils etc. A visitor/ guidebook to the local area could be helpful. The bed mattresses were not amazingly comfortable.

Wonderful hosts who went to the bakery every morning to get our bread orders! The apartment looks better than in the pictures and has a lovely view. Very close to the ski-bus stop!
