Super nett, super sauber, Wellness toll!

Sandra was fantastic! This place far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, the space was clean, the linens were very comfortable. We loved our stay here and it was perfect. A very quick drive into Sankt Anton for all of the lifts. Sankt Anton was way too expensive for our group. We are so glad we found the Alberg Mountain Resort!

Overall very nice accommodations, brand new with lot's of the latest technology. The automated external window shades are cool.

My biggest issue were the strict hours for using the "private" spa. It is only available for use 10am-10pm daily. Your key card will not work outside of those hours, and the touchscreen for the dry sauna is locked out. This effectively prevents use of the dry sauna or whirlpool tub in the mornings, which I prefer (~7am). The host told me the reason for this was "local regulations." This restriction is not advertised on the property's Booking.com site and would have affected my decision to stay at this property. This feels dishonest to me. I verified with other hotels in the area that their spas and saunas are available in the mornings, so I do not believe the host's explanation of "local regulations." The host did not make an exception for the 7am dry sauna usage and that is what keeps me from rating this property a 10/10. Also, the heated drying racks for ski equipment do not operate continuously, which prevents them from drying out wet gear (I tried). Unless these issues are addressed, I would not recommend this property.

Clean, well equipped, spacious, great location

Everything is new and functions perfectly. Parking is directly out in front. Ski bus is not far away (no need to drive to St Anton. There are good restaurants in Pettneu - little need to venture elsewhere. The owner and her staff are completely professional and very helpful with tips for getting around. Probably very nice for a summer vacation as well.

Nothing to complain about!

The Owners are so helpful, the receptionist is also great to help and advise. The apartment so modern, clean and has all what we needed. The resort is very well equipped with a dedicated and private per apartment suna, jacuzzi, ski rack. Twoaster bedrooms with two full toilets, high speed wifi, parking space and live TV channels for the ski slopes. Cleaning liquids, garbage bags and coffe machine with capsules. Fully equipped kitchen. A high quality bedding with duvets. I would say, we had a great experience in this resort from all the aspects. The owners also were so good in guiding us for the ski slopes and good restaurants.

We did not like to leave the resort and ski slopes so quickly, and we wished to stay longer with extra weeks.

The private sauna was amazing and the room is also very modern. Highly recommend!
