The location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The property advertised a BBQ, and we purchased like $50 in meat to cook on it, but there was no BBQ. When I messaged the property people they stopped responding to me.

The location of this unit is definitely its biggest highlight! If your trip is all about enjoying the beach, you’ll be happy to know that it’s just a three-minute walk to a fantastic beach. To make your experience even better, the unit comes with all sorts of goodies, including chairs, umbrellas, a cooler for your drinks, and toys for the kids. Plus, there are two bicycles available for you to explore the area. As for the unit itself, it has two air conditioners to keep things nice and cool during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s a Publix nearby for stocking up. You’ll also find a Walgreens, Walmart, and Tanger Outlet within a reasonable distance if you want to expand your shopping options. The condo does have a convenient laundry room, with washers and dryers available for $2 each. In summary, I highly recommend this unit. Its location is truly exceptional, conveniently situated near a beautiful beach and close to a Publix, Walgreens, and shopping options. The neighbors are super friendly, and the area is lovely for walks.

As a constructive suggestion, I would recommend the owners consider replacing the mattress and pillows. They seem to have seen better days, and this upgrade would be greatly appreciated! Also, it’s worth noting that the unit isn’t accessible for those with mobility issues since you can only access it via stairs. While the unit is comfy for a couple, I’d hesitate to recommend it for larger groups.

there was a faint odor in the apartment mixed with possible cigarette smoke. the neighbors are incredibly nice but very close, which means you can hear them quite a bit.
