Las piscinas, lo cerca del centro comercial que está y la playa que también está a 10min.

Uno de los dormitorios la cama es muy incómoda, al igual que las cabeceras por lo demás todo bien.

Location

The heating waant working and when call was no engineers to fix problem they did bring us heaters but waant until the next day which was a shame

Key safe code given on day of arrival via email by Mar Holidays incorrect.Tried to contact them by phone, email & WhatsApp no response.Luckily for us Villa Martin Hotel was able to accommodate us at short notice just caught the receptionist at 9.45pm before he left for the day.A very stressful start to our holiday, which I’m sure could have been avoided with a little more care & attention. One set of keys was eventually given to us . You need at least two sets of keys if more than one person staying as the complex is very secure you need a3 different keys to access the grounds ie.swimming pool , gardens & car park.The logistics of leaving the keys in the apartment & existing the property with your car & belongs was tricky, but smooth er for us than our arrival!Mar holidays have agreed to refund us for the nights stay , no apology as yet or explanation. 4th September accommodation deposit taken , now 4th October no deposit refund or hotel fee repaid. We left the property in the condition we found it , the flimsy pink deck chairs there were broken & not fit for purpose did take photo to confirm this. So unfortunately sunbathed around pool on beach towels .

dirty hair all over thr apartment after waiting 45 minutes for them to clean it was outrageous, even though once I highlighted the issue they did send the cleaners back to hoover all the hair up but that's not the point is it, should of been clean in the first place .
