The apartment had everything you could need for a great holiday, the owners have gone overboard with the facilities, beach chairs, umbrella, cool box etc etc right down to washing powder for the machine. We really loved the private upstairs solarium and the two other balconies.

Need better instructions for finding the property and entrance code wasn’t given to us until the next day so we had to wait for another guest to come along and let us in. The double bed was REALLY hard, the mattress needs to be replaced also one of the settees smelled especially when the room hadn’t been ventilated. Also duvets/ blankets would be appreciated as nights were a little chilly and a sheet wasn’t enough.

Loved the solarium, the apartment had everything that we needed.

We arrived on a late flight and the host met us with the keys . The apartment was a home from home everything you could need and more . The location was perfect for pubs restaurants and shops were right outside the front of the apartment block .The beach was a 3 minute walk from the back gate .the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The roof top area was private and had sun loungers ect . The apartment block was very clean as was the apartment . We met some lovely people at the pool some owned their apartments and some were on holidays . Very relaxing. We really enjoyed it 👌☘️

The location is right in the middle of the strip but facing the opposite way so not noisy. The roof terrace is a good space. If your looking for a low cost good value for money apartment in the middle of the night life reasonably close to the beach this is the one. Make sure you get the passcode for the front gate.

This apartment is rented out independantly meaning the booking goes straight to the owner of the apartment not the management team of the complex. They couldn't have made it more obvious that they were not happy about making a profit out of the booking. They were quite derogatory about the apartment and the owners. They would not give us the passcode for the door which mean we had to be in by 12 pm before the back door was locked. This was eventually supplied by the owners but only after 4 days.

Underground parking, swimming pool

The apartment smells persistently of cigarettes, all the furniture is smoked and smells disgusting. I am allergic to nicotine, I felt very bad here... Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, the windows are very old and everything is audible... every night we were woken up by neighbors with a loud noise, or shouts on the street, because there are many restaurants nearby that are open until the morning . The terrace is large, but there is no place with shade, the umbrella is broken. There is a coffee machine, but there were enough beans for 3 cups of coffee. The small room has very old mattresses with springs, it is very uncomfortable to sleep.

The property is very centrally located for the bars and restaurants on the strip in Cabo Roig. The facilities are great, washing machine, kettle, iron, tv, air con etc. The upstairs terrace is great for chilling by day and partying by night.

The furniture in the apartment is old and quite grubby. The sofa doesn’t smell good, it should be cleaned. The nearby bars are noisy so I wouldn’t recommend for families with young kids.
