Ocean facing terrace. Nice pool area, Playa de la Arena easily accessible

Noise during the nights from the bar. No AC, no washing machine. Kitchen misses some bowls, bigger cups, majority of pots were burned. We reported damaged electric socket and it was fixed only after 5 days (we were staying with toddler). Also, towels for the baby weren't provided at first. No pool towels, towels are not changed during the stay

Una ubicación fantástica con el mar prácticamente debajo de la terraza, y acceso a la playa de arena desde la piscina. El apartamento muy limpio,amplio y cómodo, como en las fotografías. Comentar que en las fotos aparecen dos hamacas en la terraza que no están y en teoría están en la piscina marcadas con el número del apartamento, pero nunca las encontramos, aunque no hay problema porque hay muchas para uso comunitario. Sin problema para aparcar en las inmediaciones.

Tuvimos un problema con dos puertas en un baño y un dormitorio, que si las cerrabas te quedabas encerrado dentro, avisamos el primer día pero como iba nadie las arregló mi marido, no fue nadie hasta 7 días después cuando ya nos volvíamos a los dos días. La campana extractora es nueva pero no funciona.

All was as described. Keys were left in the locker at front door of the property. Free taxi by booking.com was a great value!

The sunbed allocation was not as it was described. No sunbed with N62 was marked, so we could not identify one. The water drainage in the showers could be better. Charge of 193 euros for cleaning was far too high.

La ubicación,espacio y comodidad

Un extractor de cocina q no funciona, la falta de aire acondicionado y un ventilador en la habitación principal q expulsa el aire hacia el techo y no hacia abajo como debería.Hay una cantidad de mosquitos importante y no hay mosquiteras como en otros apartamentos del mismo edificio..

Would have liked a wok, a cafetière, a few mugs or larger cups - that’s just a personal opinion and very minor.

The location is superb, with waves crashing onto volcanic rocks just outside the balcony (but good soundproofing!). The apartment is spacious and clean. The saltwater pool is chilly but welcome on a hot day and there are 2 sunbeds available for the apartment.

The showers - both have leaks.
