- very spacious apartment - well equipped kitchen - access to nice shared rooftop with bbq - fast wifi - very nice, flexible and responsive host

- quite noisy neighbours - not very comfortable bed (extremely soft mattress)

The host was very helpful and attentive. The apartment was clean and in good order and had all the equipment we needed. Plenty of space to park close to the apartment. Only two minutes from the main road to reach anywhere on the island. Puerto del Rosario is centrally located and close to the airport

You do need a car as it's a 30 minute walk into the town and there are very few eating places and shops nearby, although there is a small store for emergencies. The immediate neighbours on the floor were a little noisy at times but not too late or too early. We could smell the cigarette smoke from them.

A bit too soft bed for our personal needs but everything else was great.

The apartment is beautiful, modern and comfortable. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. There is no elevator. The small kitchen has everything you need. Oven, glass-ceramic plate, larger refrigerator with spacious freezer, microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes. Everything worked perfectly. The living room is spacious and has a TV with mostly Italian programs. There is also a slightly older sofa here, but it is comfortable. The first bedroom has two single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The beds are comfortable. The second bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe and a double bed, which is comfortable, maybe just a little soft mattress. The living room and the two bedrooms are connected by a narrow, long corridor. There is also a small bathroom here, which has a bathtub and a toilet. Hair dryer and towels (also for the beach) are available. Parking is on the public road next to the apartment building and there are always enough free spaces available. The internet works very well and has two different access addresses (for the living room and the bedrooms). One has a speed of 72 Mb/s and the other 150 Mb/s. From time to time, there was a bit of a problem watching streaming content, but only for a short time. The owner (women) of the apartment is very friendly and helpful and originally comes from Italy. At our request, she brought us an extra fan because the weather was very hot at that time.

Unfortunately, it is hotter in the apartment in the summer and it would be appropriate to have an air conditioner (even if the rental price would therefore be higher). The location of the apartment is on the outskirts of the city, we didn't care because we had a car. The problem is the desert sand brought by the wind from Africa and deposited in the apartment with the window open. Otherwise, this is a problem of the weather and the location of the island and not the accommodation itself. Nearby is a company or warehouse and it can be a little louder in the morning if you have an open window. In any case, the apartment is a great choice and we would be happy to rent it again.

Everything was great. Communication vas very easy. The hostess was very helpful with everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
