La tranquilidad del lugar, en ocasiones la piscina para nosotros solos, hamacas de sobra. Sofá cama muy cómodo, almohadas también. La cocina completa, con todos los utensilios necesarios.

Los cojines y edredón olían a sudor. Poco papel higiénico para tres días y tres personas.

Very nice accommodation with a nice terrace, pool and lovely garden, it has everything you need to feel at home. Lovely welcome package with good wine from Tenerife :) The location is close to the South Tenerife Airport and from there you can go to every location on the island.

You can hear the garbage track at night coming to unload the trash, if you have a room next to the street. But this is not something the owner can control :)

😄 The complex it self was clean the gardens around the pool were well kept, very quite most of the time around the pool. The location of the apartment is good close to a very good supermarkert and a few nice restaurants and the sea for some nice walks. It Was nice to be on the same complex as friends. Appreciated the bottle of water and wine.

😔 sadly more negatives than positives but feel they should be addressed. First impressions- The front door was rotten and had been patched up with filler but not finished. Not good first impression. On entering apartment thought it adequate. Tiny but sufficient. It is definitely not a one bedroom apartment (comparing to the one bed Apaetment our friends are staying in) this one is a studio ans should have been advertised as one. The bedroom was like having a bed in a wardrobe. Could barely move in or out the room or even around the bed. (we are not big people ) The kitchen/lounge area is tired & dated. The fruit that was left in the fruit bowl was old stale and mouldy 🤢 we Didn't appreciate this, binned straight away. The sandwich maker wasn't cleaned either. The apartment has definitely seen better days, there are lots of stained, chips and damp, crumbling walls& window frames around the apartment . Each time we used the shower it flooded the floor, making it more like a wet room. The patio had not been cleaned or swept prior to our arrival, We had to use a beach towel on the patio chairs to sit on as the cushions were dirty too. Only 3 cushions for 4 chairs. The little fence is also rotten didn’t want to touch it incase we got a splinter ever worse fear of falling. The tree in front of the patio is full of squawking Parakeets, as pretty as they were made it impossible to Relax (didn't help the fella beneth us kept feeding them). Not nice being woken up by them at 6.30am every morning by them, there all day. (no fault to the apartment) The sun shade on the patio was very difficult to open impossible to put back. There is no welcome booklet in the apartment to give any instructions how to use things in the apartment - no information of local buses and surrounding area advise & tips which would have been helpful rather than trying to figure out things ourselves. Eg - how to use the weird fan/light set up in the bedroom...

Great place and you have literally everything in the apartment (even hand cream, toothpaste) and we got welcome box full of local products. The host is absolutely amazing and we can’t complain about anything.

Really nice apartment with all-day-sun balcony. Supermarket 5min walk distance, nice evening walk place Montaña Amarillo close by. I felt very welcome with all great restaurant tips and a basket of Canarian treats 😍. Thank you so much! Pool area wasn’t busy and bus to Los Christianos is in front of the complex. I enjoyed a lot and this was a great start for my Tenerife trip!

Kind helpful host. Clean apartment, kitchen well equipped. Beautiful terrace. Quiet property. Nice clean swimming pool. Very easy to retrieve keys and uncomplicated process.

Being picky, there were no toiletries and very little detergent left. There was almost no handsoap left, it had been watered down...
