There was virtually everything in the apartment that one could need for vacation. Someone wrote in the comments that there is no air conditioning - true, but the apartment is oriented to the north, and although during our stay the temperature reached 27 degrees, it was never hot inside. The apartment is well ventilated, very clean. The owners are super nice. It is in a really calm location, although the nearest supermarket is just a hundred meters away. For me it is 10/10

I liked everything. One needs to remember about two things that were not a problem for us, but someone could be surprised: the apartment is in a block of apartments, so although it is really silent and calm, sometimes you can hear other people. Second, the apartment is not directly over there pool. You need to walk there about a 50 meters :) and yes, there are 3 pools and one of them is heated.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tenerife. The location was perfect—central but quiet—and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, were the hosts, Zlata and Felipe. When I unexpectedly fell ill during our stay, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged for me to go to the ER and supported us through the situation with great care. On top of that, when we had to prolong our stay due to the circumstances, they kindly did not charge us for the extra nights. Their generosity and understanding meant so much during a difficult moment. I can’t recommend this place enough—not just for the lovely apartment, but for the genuinely compassionate people behind it.

I had the most amazing experience staying at Zlatka and Filipe's apartment. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality is truly outstanding – they went out of their way to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – modern, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and a spacious bedroom. The location of the apartment is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful spots around the area. I loved waking up to the peaceful environment and enjoying the view from the terrace. Zlatka and Filipe were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to visit, making my trip even more enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience. I can’t wait to return!

I loved the apartment and the whole area. I felt safe, even when I was walking alone - Costa del Silencio is a really quiet town with some nice restaurants. Hosts were very nice and friendly and helped me along the whole stay if I had any questions :) I was working remotely from the apartment - internet connection was mostly very good, but on some days it crushed on e-meetings.
