Our host Angelo was very nice. The home has a very nice old Italian flair. The bedroom has a large, comfortable bed and the bathroom is spacious and clean, as is the whole apartment. The kitchen includes a large fridge and enough silverware and glasses. Also possible to cook and bake, even though we didn't use it. The outdoor terrace is the highlight of the apartment, including a large table and very comfortable pillow cushions. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The owner also has a wonderful cat, that will visit you on the terrace. There are also birds and turtles in the garden. The area is perfect. A wonderful beach is very close (under 5 minutes by foot). The Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena city centers are easily reachable via the PF bus line. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

There is a rooster that begins screaming early in the morning. Now, I want to emphasize that this is no problem in the master bedroom. But for guests sleeping on the pull-out couch in the living room, it can be disturbing if they are light sleepers, since it is already not the most comfortable. Also the pool was already closed in late September, even though it was advertised as being open approximately until November. So if having a pool is very important to you, make sure to stay during the high season. But the beach is nicer anyway. The WiFi was only working by the table in the living room and outside.

The apprtment was comfortable.

The staircase which is not comfortable at all. The location if you don’t have a car is a problem. The sofa bed is not comfortable. The pool was very dirty with green water.

The view is outstanding, very close to the beach, quiet, no issues with parking, close to the airport, spacious.

Fabulous terrace with sea views. Terrace equipped with sun loungers, dining table and comfortable chairs. Less than 5 minutes walk from a glorious beach. Parking space right outside the villa. Well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Excellent air conditioning. Beautiful garden with above-ground pool. Some lovely chickens, ducks and geese in the garden. We also saw a tortoise. The hosts own a wonderful, friendly cat. Helpful, responsive hosts.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The main bed was great though.

Great hostess, location next to the beach, great with children because of the nice Mediterranean garden and chicken. Our hostess was really kind and sensitive to our needs

No shops nearby, it is recommended you have a car with you if you do not want to be dependent on local bus service.

Claudia and Angelo are amazing hosts. They even came to pick us up at the airport at midnight for half the price of a local taxi.. That alone is enough to know how good they are. The house is complete with everything you need. Beautiful garden and beautiful house. It is very comfortable and really something you will enjoy. A few steps and you are already on the sea side. There is a swimming pool but we came out of season. Even the front sea is amazing for swimming in November. We are definitely coming back to this place. Michael, Marta, Aleks and Maria.😘💯👌

Lovely rustic family home with two granny self contained flats in a quiet suburb, 10 minutes walk to the local bus stop which takes about 35 mins to get into the city centre but only a few hundred metres from an amazing beach. The flat was dated but clean, serviceable and fantastic for the price. Angelo the owner could not have been more accommodating over our late arrival time. We would certainly consider staying here again.

We only stayed a few days but it wasn't big enough for four adults, a family of two adults and two children would be better suited just for privacy on whoever is on the sofa bed (however it was very comfortable).

The appartement is clean, nice and has everything what you need. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The beach is nearby 5 min walking.

No bars, restaurants in walking distance. You need to drive to get there.

The terrace

The check-in process was embarrassing! We were greeted by the owner's children (probably minors) who did their best but obviously it wasn't a professional welcome, We received only the information in how to use the key. When We were asked for the passports’ copy for registration, I offered to send the copies via message to speed up and facilitate the process, I was been told that “they never seen a procedures like that” in a really arrogant tone, I was shocked!! For the entire duration of the stay (3 nights) no one spoke with us, at least to make sure about the progress of our stay, not even when we met the owner. The apartment is quite large but poorly furnished, apparently full of old facilities that are no longer used and left there for guests. Small and malfunctioning shower, bathroom’s sink partially clogged , basic and dated kitchen with a selection of spices and instant coffee but to be honest we didn't trust it because it looked old, so we didn't use it. External BBQ unusable (pic attached) Poor cleaning of the entire apartment. Wi-Fi partially working, the pictures on the advert showing the speed test is misleading Dulcis in fundo, On the last evening I was verbally attacked by Angelo the owner, in the presence of my child, because we left the air conditioning ON when we left the apartment, to visit the city centre. MY FAULT! Apparently was a flat’s rule written on some worn paper placed on the table with other excursion informations, I did not pay attention to all. However , If I had received a proper check-in maybe this incident would not have happened. On the other hand, the owner could notify us by message and report the lack of attention, without the need of the verbally attack. I believe that speaking and clarifying rather than accusing is the base of education and the common sense. In my opinion, hospitality and professionalism should be put on the first place.
