The property is in a prime location Very clean excellent facilitates feels like a home from home and great terrace looking out to sea. Host was in contact to make sure all was good and you could contact if any issues which we had none our 2nd stay here and looking to do more in future

Puerto del Carmen is central to the island of Lanzarote making it a perfect spot to explore this beautiful island. Supermarket is very close by the house. The apartment is large, fully furnished (except toaster and dishwasher), the terrace is magnificent and breakfast looking at the ocean is a plus. One can walk easily down to the seashore and take a swim. Maria has left amenities such as kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, salt, oil etc), detergents, and a bowl of fresh fruit. Linen is provided and of good quality. WiFi works perfectly The apartment has three bedrooms, it is very spacious. I was there in May 2026 and it was just two of us so we had plenty of space.

Puerto del Carmen is an over-urbanized tourist town, with innuberable bars, pubs and tourist (trap) restaurants. The sorroundings are populated by tourists who appreciate drinks, loud music and who are seemingly unintrested in the beauty of the island. Loud music until late at night was disturbing particularly during the weekend.

Une magnifique vue ! On voit la mer de toutes les pièces. On a le sentiment d'être dans une maison. De nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Communication with Mari was excellent. The house was more than adequate for 4 people. The views of the coastline from the very large balcony were excellent and very private. Ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen facilities and laundry facilities were very good. Although the main entrance was next door to a bar, no noise could be heard inside the house. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Loved everything about it. The area . The fab balcony area . Nicest place we have stayed in pdc ever. Mari is a great host! Hope to stay here again

Ein Ort zum entspannen und wohlfühlen. Wir können es kaum erwarten wieder zu kommen. Die Gastgeberin ist wahnsinnig nett und kümmert sich um alles. Vielen Dank ❤️

It’s central location and big sea view balcony

Shower in double bedroom only a trickle if you want a hot one. No hot water in kitchen sink. Very noisy at night due to proximity of Tiny Bar. Noisy early morning due to bars shops and cafe.

The balcony, amazing views and so spacious. Apartment is good size throughout so nice for everyone to have their own space. Location also excellent.

Nothing, I would go back in an instant. If I went back I'd probably buy a little paddling pool to have on the balcony just to dip the feet in but this is just me being lazy as you could access beach via stairs in little over a minute.
