Serviro was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome pack and the prompt response to any queries we had. The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was very close to the old town.

The only thing we didn't like was the view from the terrace.

Apartamento bien equipado, muy bonito, en buena zona cerca de todo. Muy limpio. Aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. Todas las comodidades. Propietario atento y agradable.

Si algún día vuelvo a Lanzarote repitiría alojamiento.

"Two weeks stay at Christmas"

This apartment was very clean and modern and had everything you would need to stay short or long term. It was in a great location near all the restaurants and bars and just a short walk to the strip. Servo was very helpful and could be contacted at any time.

Central, close to beach, value for money. Severo was a good host.

Work on new apartments been built. But no big deal as nighttime was quite.
