Está muy bien, es pequeñito pero tiene de todo y bien cuidado!

El único pero que pondría son las almohadas que son de estas muy blanditas el resto genial.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good.

After having accepted my arrival time, I had to wait in the hallway for 40 mins before a cleaner appeared with a key. The cleaner then asked me to return in an hour! The bathroom door did not remain closed and the shower door roller needed fixing. The kitchen units were unclean. There was mould in the washing machine and the filthy window could not be closed due to a broken lock. The room is right beside the road and the window is close to the ground. In order to have privacy, the curtain needed to be drawn as the bed is beside the window. The coffee machine had not been cleaned and the state of the matress cover was questionable. The dish rack was gross! I did eventually manage to speak to the property manager who said they could see if they could relocate me, but by this time I had not the energy to move, having just had major arm surgery and was about to set off for post op treatment. A handyman was sent to fix the window the day of my departure. Such a pity! The room was spacious and with a thorough clean and the issues taken care of, it would have been great!

TV was not working on the living woom which wouldn't bother me, only that this time the Eurocup was on. They did try to fix thought with no luck.

Easy check-in with key in lockbox. Nicely decorated, good hot water, has the essentials like soap, toilet paper, napkins. Interesting university campus/historical area to walk around. On a quiet street but with lots of restaurants and a small supermarket nearby.

No parking right outside, but we did always find parking fairly close by. Cooking facilities very basic. Our room (number 4 on the 1st floor) had no freezer compartment

The location is great to visit alcala.

Not having lift is a pain when you have a kid with a trolly and need to carry it.

I really like the place. The location is great, very close to the city centre, very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need. Every week there was cleaning and towel change.

Beds are very cheap. A few kitchen facilities can be added. Neighbours were loud sometimes.
