Absolute Active Roulette Apartments Kirchberg

Very recommended, i stayed at the Rettenstein, room is spacious and comfortable, there is kitchen with everything needed for cooking, nice balcony. There is also a private cabin in the ski room with shoes heater.

Room was very pokey and underwhelming for the price.

Starší nábytek , ne úplně pohodlné postele , ale spali jsme dobře .

Het hoofdkussen (vreselijk, allemaal nekpijn => neem je eigen kussen mee, is ons advies), het ontbreken van bijvoorbeeld een toaster, geen tv, geen USB-C of USB laders op de kamers, de douchestang/ geleider douchekop was lam. De locatie was niet in centrum Kirchberg maar 1km daarbuiten (Spertendorf), dit was niet duidelijk in de advertentie. Het appartement was net gerenoveerd, maar veel ontbrak. Wij hebben ons wel goed vermaakt in de woonkeuken. Gezellige ruimte voor een koffie en een wijntje bijv. Grote tafel waar je in de avond goed kon kletsen of kaarten bijv. Jammer van de gammele krukjes.

Modern and relatively spacious, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms big and large boot room was a bonus. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Supermarket very close. Check-in & comms all good. Big terrace/patio. Perfect size for 4 people

The location and address on advert is not where you stay - it’s allocated later, based on what I don’t know. Our random accommodation location was a good bit outside Kirchberg - the nearest bus to village & lifts was once an hour so not great, 15 minute walk to the bus stops in Kirchberg to get to the lifts. fine if you have a car, but I had requested as close as possible to centre as we were arriving by train and didn’t have transport. a bit disappointing but I guess that’s roulette for you.. Social space was limited to the kitchen table, but that’s nice enough. view from patio is kinda dominated by the local dual carriage way

Location! Location! Location! We loved the property, the location and the hosts Tomas and Anna treated us like family. Would absolutely come back to stay on our next trip to the Kitzbuhel area. They gave us a bus/train pass for the entire family which made traveling extremely simple. We never had to use our car. Location - - It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stops for buses taking you to Fleckalmbahm, Pengelstein, Kitzbuhel - It's a 7 minute walk to the train station for trains to Kitzbuhel - Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk - 5 minute walk to the supermarket and pharmacy.
