Manusch Apartment Krems an der Donau

Das Apparent ist voller Kunst, man Entdeckt in jedem Eck was neues. Sehr große Räumlichkeit und sehr netter Empfang. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man alles.

Leider waren die oberen Mieter zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten sehr laut.

Die Wohnung ist gross und schön gestaltet; das Bett war aus meiner Sicht bequem (im Kontrast zu den vorangegangenen Kommentaren). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ok. Die Lage ist zentral.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer belebten Strasse direkt neben dem Gefängnis. Es wurde zwar versucht, den Schall durch geeignete Fenster zu isolieren, aber dennoch bin ich in der Nacht immer wieder aufgewacht, weil LKWs und PKWs fast rund um die Uhr an der Wohnung vorbeifahren. Eine erholsame Nacht ist etwas anderes - zumal man wegen der Schallisolierung die Fenster nicht zum Lüften öffnen konnte. Es ist für mich schon etwas seltsam, warum keiner der vorangegangenen Bewertungen zu dem Lärm etwas geschrieben hat und die gute Lage betont wird.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr individueller künstlerischer Gestaltung, Küche war auch wirklich toll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, was selten vorkommt bei Apartments, Musikanlage ein sehr nettes Extra

Das Bett war leider der einzige Minuspunkt, es knarzt bei jeder Bewegung und auch Drehung des Partners in der Nacht, daher waren die Nächte leider nicht ganz so erholsam

Absolutely LOVED staying here !! First off, the hosts, Gernot and Justina, were so kind and helpful !! One evening we had a major issue with one of our suitcases, and didn’t know whether we would find anyone who could help.. decided to take a chance and try asking the hosts and they solved our problem first thing next morning!! Secondly, the location of the house is perfect - it is walking distance from 3 bus stops so it has great connectivity to the main train station as well as to the VOR bus routes which makes it super easy if you want to explore other beautiful villages in the Wachau Valley. Lastly, the house itself is clean and tidy, in a safe neighbourhood and features an astounding collection of all things artsy and creative, plus a record player and an impressive selection of music !! 10/10 recommended!!

Location, spatious, nicely organized, clean and fabulous atmosphere.
