Nice appartment 10min walk to the beach (with very good beach restaurant/bar, endless beach with little people), contactless checkin/checkout and very good communication with the owner.

The appartment building itself looks bit outdated.

Walking distance to beautiful and endless beaches including a great beach bar!

Easy check-in with key codes for doors, without meeting the owner. Location was good and room was comfortable for 3 of us. Good value as well. Room was as expected and shown on pictures.

In February it was just a bit cold in the room as only heating comes from air conditioning in bedroom. There is no washing machine, what would be a big plus, so we had to handwash and with cold room it was slow drying of clothes. Also, one of us always had to wait to take a shower as there was no enough hot water for 3.

The wifi speed was exceptional and was almost 60mbs. The apartment was comfortable and generally very quiet although tiling work in an apartment on the floor below was noisy between 8-17.00

The property is on the second floor and the lift was not in use. The door lock was initially difficult to use and we only gained access after whatsapping the owner. The owner obviously lives some distance away and hence when we commented that there was no strainer/plug for the kitchen sink or plugs for the handbasin or bidet or that there was mould in the shower door runners, the matters were just noted and not dealt with.
