Die Lage.

Die Möglichkeiten die Wohnung zu heizen. In der Toilette nur ein Radiator, im Wohnzimmer ging nur ein Heizkörper. Was nicht ausreichte da es Nachts -10 Grad und mehr Außentemperaturen in der zweiten Januarwoche hatte.

Spacious and well equipped kitchen

Power tripped off every night between 4-4.30 am. Resulting in no heating on waking up each morning when it was -14C outside. Not enough hot water for more than 2 people to have a quick hot shower before going cold either morning or evening. Not exactly fit for purpose for a family of 4 on a ski holiday. Exposed electrical wires in bathroom, and no evidence of any safety testing or a fire extinguisher. The power was tripping every night for a reason! Property is very dated (70’s/80’s style) and in need of complete renovation. Admittedly the owner did come out to see us, but did nothing to resolve the problems or offer any solution. No suggestion of any kind of compensation for our inconvenience either. From reading other online reviews, we suspect the issues are already known to him.
