Proximité à l’outlet et le parking

Qualité des matelas et des oreillets,pas de climatisation, meuble vieillit, tres brouillon si on ouvre les fenêtres, cuisine très peu équipée

"As is lodging, but overpriced."

Stayed because of proximity to Serravalle shopping. Relatively near to train station, Ample of eateries. Host was apologetic that the hot water system was broken for my 2 night stay (off set my city tax). It did affect my stay greatly but decided not to put under the negative review. I have experienced once in another country in winter which the host allowed me to use another apartment for shower.

Mattress is sunken and the kitchen electric point requires replacement.
