Cozy Little Place

Very clean, you have all what you need and very nice decorations. It is a really cozy place to stay.

No air conditioning or at least a fan. Taking into consideration that the apartment it’s at 4/4 floor it was very hot w/o this facility.

It's a small apartment with everything you may need. The bed is comfortable, there is a nice sofa, a place to sit on the balcony (with a view of the surrounding buildings and the mountains behind them), a kitchen, a bathroom, a small corridor and some wardrobes. The lighting is good and the apartment is tastefully decorated. There is a free parking space just below the balcony and the location is very convenient, both for the exploration of the area and for a walk around the town. The communication with the owner - very good. There are some supermarkets nearby. All in all, it was a pleasant stay that we even extended for another day.

It's on the top floor with no lift, there could be more sockets and a cooling fan for hot days.

The apartment is fully equipped with every possible household appliance and the interior design and decor suggest that the owner has excellent taste. She was also kind in helping us navigate our trip into and out of Sighetu Marmatiei using public transportation alone as well as doing some travel research for our Maramures trip through back and forth correspondence well before the trip and it made our lives so much easier. And the capsule coffee she left for us was a nice touch too. The apartment is located less than 500m away from the bus station for buses to Cluj and Targu Mures and that is a major bonus when trying to catch the bus at 5:15 in the morning.

When approaching the apartment along the street, the ground floor entrance is not well marked with its street number, or maybe it was marked but we missed it. There are two entrances by the same street number and the correct entrance is right on the main street. Before we could ascertain the correct entrance, a neighbor walking by pointed us to the other entrance and therefore we ended up carrying heavy suitcases up 4 floors only to find out it was the wrong entrance. Then a few other neighbors chimed in and helped us find it. We had a lot of luggage so going up and down was a big workout.

Great location, little place with everything that a little flat needs.

As a traveling couple, at our previous stays we had a coffee capsule left for every day of our stay, there was a capsule machine but no capsules as well as no tea bags or small little treats that make a huge difference especially after you travelled for hours to get to your location. Also there is a washing machine but there weren't any washing pods. No soap or shower gel. It is not a negative thing but when you travel you will most likely not have shower gel or washing machine detergent with you. My suggestion would be to just add the price of all above to the booking price and it would work out well for everyone.

The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need. Very nice owner, helped us with all the information we needed.

It is a very cozy, good looking apartment. Close to the city center. Check in was easy, good communication with the owner.
