friendly reception, good vibes from the owners, cleanliness, good location.

I guess what I wasn't crazy about cannot be changed, namely the fact that the living room area has no window, so on a rainy day, not very cosy. Another thing was my frustration over the fact that the small balcony, quite pleasant in itself, was not quite usable in the evening, as two neighbours from the adjacent building were spending their evening just above, they were friendly but probably chain smokers. of course, one can't change that, either. I don't want to be too critical, as the advantages outnumbered the disadvantages.
