Martinique Cartagena, Beautiful 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments

For the most part everything we needed was available to us in our room with a few exceptions. The patio was a great addition with a very nice view. The pool was amazing and kept very clean. The area was perfect and very close by to the historic town center. Try the Mexican restaurant just a short walking distance from the hotel. You won't regret it!

I wish there were more towels. I did not like that we were expected to wash our own towels which meant we then needed to purchase cleaning detergent. And the washer dryer combo was not user friendly. We were 4 people with only 2 hand towels and 4 bath towels for an entire week. After we called they did offer to wash the white towels only for us (nothing colored) which did help the situation and got us through the week. There was no hand soap in either of the bathrooms or the kitchen so we had to purchase our own from a nearby market.

Proximity to the beach and airport and the pool on the 15th floor. Use of a washing machine and free powder.

We didn’t have any hot water during our stay which was a shame. Did mention at front desk but no action was taken.

Very good accommodation, clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool was great.

Distance to center.

Batteries in remotes should be checked. The ac remotes were weak, and it was difficult to get them to work properly.

Service folks react directly when you need something

Pretty much in the middle of a construction site, so pretty dusty and loud. Balcony is not really usable. The apartment was okay, but not worth the money.
