Garden Residence appartamento con terrazzo e piscina

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e con ampio terrazzo attrezzato di tavolo e sedie. Posizione tranquillissima ma comoda con le principali strade e il centro di Desenzano. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile

Der Vermieter war bei der Ankunft sehr kurz angebunden, nur kurz TV und WiFi erklärt. Nach einer Nachricht, daß die Stehlampe nicht brennt, wie die Spülmaschinefunktioniert und daß kein Internetverbindung besteht, schrieb er nur kurz zurück, daß wir den Router neu starten sollen. Auf alles andere ist er gar nicht eingegangen. Bei Abreise schrieb er nur, wir sollten den Schlüssel auf den Tisch legen. Auf Frage, daß die Wohnung dann ja offen ist, reagierte er überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, Hauptsache die Miete ist bezahlt, alles andere war ihm egal. Auch das Geschirr war mehr als spärlich, wir mußten jeden Tag die Spülmaschine laufen lassen oder per Hand abwaschen, um für den nächsten Tag Geschirr zu haben. Handtücher sowie Geschirrtuch war nur für einmal vorhanden. Es war zwar eine Waschmaschine da, aber das Trocknen dauerte. Kein Toaster oder sonstige Kleinigkeiten vorhanden. Alles in allem war es ein totaler Reinfall. Dann sollten wir auch noch den Müll zum Wertstoffhof bringen, da nur Samstag abgeholt wurde. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Lovely large apartment, very clean and plenty of crockery and utensils for self catering. The pool is lovely and we had the use of sunbeds, (privately owned). A nice comfortable bed, and we were delighted with the heating as we unfortunately arrived during a storm and it was cold and windy outside. The apartment is not very far from the lake and there are some nice restaurants and bars, along the way.

Der Pool war sehr gut. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren okay und es war sauber.

Keine Kaffeebecher, nur Espresso. Kaum Gläser für 3 Personen (1 Weinglas). Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Kein Mülleimer im Bad. Die Müllsituation generell war nicht gut kommuniziert worden.

Very good communication. The appartement was a 8 out of 10. With the pool, you could give it a 8.5 . The location is a little bit up the hill, so you will take the car may be in the hot summer days, but therefor, it was pleasently quite, which was more important to us.

If it is very hot outside, a second air conditioner (for the bed room) would be nice. .
