Casa Alma del mar

Alma del Mar is a charming small apartment in Montesilvano that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic beachfront location, and close to local amenities. The apartment is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure guests feel at home.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Salvatore and Catia were lovely hosts - they were warm and welcoming and very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is in an ideal location - steps from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great stay and look forward to returning!

Nothing!

Everything! The host Roberto, was very welcoming and responsive, great English skills. The property, perfect for one or two people, just across from the public beach and walk to local cafe bar. Short 10mins drive to Pescara. Inside, everything was available, good WiFi, kitchen, washing machine, aircon. Nice large balcony space. I would absolutely return when next in Pescara!

The location was magnfiicent -- only steps from the beach, easy steet parking, lovely building -- everything!

Nothing really! I mean as a studio it was small but it was a last minute reservation so not a problem at all. And although it was small, it was beautifully laid out and had every convenience imaginable -- full kitchen, utensils, coffee makers, iron and ironing board, washing machine, lovely deck with a view of the sea -- and the location! Roberto and Catia were the mist gracious and helpful hosts ever. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The place was well stocked with many items to meet my needs. It was clean, good-sized, with a nice balcony/veranda. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. I loved sitting on the balcony, watching the waves as I drank my coffee in the mornings. Most importantly, the hosts Roberto and Catia were very considerate, and recommended some great restaurants, as well as some ideas and local activities. They made me feel very welcomed in their place, a great location at the beach.

No dislikes.

Roberto and his wife were very accommodating. They helped us pick a nice winery to visit and gave advice on travelling to Rome for the day with our toddler. The property was in an excellent location close to the beach, pizza, gelato and cappuccinos! The apartment had everything we needed for our 10 day stay! I will stay again if we are ever in the Pescara area again.

a quick call they were there in minutes they described and explained the area so weal that i felt like i had been there already Roberto and his wife were very professional friendly in every way possible very likable people, I do know that we will be back again and i will be recommending it to all my friends thank you Roberto and family
