The property was unsafe, rear exit could not be opened. The kitchen, bathrooms towels and bed linen were dirty.

Not much - just the price but I guess this was a last min booking

Clean and tidy

We didn’t get the key code until late afternoon despite messaging several times. Eventually after calling I was challenged about paying the deposit which I had paid 2 weeks before. We were given a code which when we arrived with a small baby was incorrect. We waited another 20 minutes and had to call back to get the correct code. The property was clean and tidy but damp and poorly maintained. My daughter had to find a hotel as she was worried about her baby. I am still waiting for my £200 deposit which I have no idea why I had to pay for a house which is like an awful student let. Don’t be fooled by the photos.
