Der private Parkplatz ist definitiv von Vorteil, die Klimaanlagen waren auch super. Die Betten sind bequem. Wir hatten eine große Auswahl an Kissen. Es gab Seife und Duschgel, sowie Spüli, Schwamm und Bürste, ein paar Geschirrtabs. Ich fand die Dachterrasse wirklich toll.

Wir haben oft die Plastikverpackungen zurück mit in die Läden genommen, da leider sehr viel Verpackung anfällt, aber der Platz nicht dafür vorgesehen ist. Was für uns jedoch kein Problem war. Der Brause in der Dusche könnte mal erneuert werden. Alles in allem war es prima.

De locatie, het parkeren en de bedden waren echt super! Het appartement was ook bijzonder goed schoon!!! 👌🏼👍🏼💪🏼♥️

Twee details waren iets minder. Het duurde lang voordat de douche warm werd. En het internet was bijzonder langzaam. Maar we waren niet veel in het appartement dus daar hebben we weinig last van gehad.

The apartment is very spacious and offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. There is a good selection of cooking utensils and kitchen equipment, making it convenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. When the roof windows are opened, the apartment fills with natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment occupies the second floor of a large villa with a spacious garden, which adds to the feeling of privacy and relaxation. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located within walking distance of the town center, the train station, and a supermarket. Overall, the property has tremendous potential. Its size, location, and setting make it an attractive place to stay, and with some improvements and maintenance, it could provide an outstanding guest experience.

Overall, the apartment has great potential and could easily be a 5-star stay, but unfortunately several issues significantly affected our experience. The apartment is very spacious and located on the second floor. However, access is via metal stairs, which we found somewhat unsafe. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. There were not enough sheets provided, and there were no duvet covers for the blankets. There is also a serious insect problem in the area. The bathroom was full of insects to an extreme degree. Since there was no mosquito screen on the bathroom window, we had to close it and use insect spray ourselves. The floor was covered with dead insects, and it was impossible to properly ventilate the space without letting more insects in. The cooking facilities were not clearly explained, and some cookware was incompatible with the stovetop. We initially struggled to cook because we were not given proper instructions. Guests should also be aware that the apartment is located directly under a wooden roof with many sloped ceilings. This may be problematic for tall people—I hit my head several times during our stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and barely usable. We ended up purchasing a local SIM card in order to access the internet. The television is very old and not a smart TV, so we were unable to connect to Netflix or use internet-based services. The bedrooms also lack adequate lighting. Most of the natural light comes from roof windows, but opening them makes the rooms very hot during the day, while at night the rooms become quite dark. Some of the furniture is very old and shows signs of wear, including bedside tables with visible insect damage. Another disappointment was that the hosts did not inform us they would be away during our stay. When we tried to speak with them about the issues, we could not find them. Only after ringing the gate did a kind lady arrive, but she spoke only Russian and Italian, making communication difficult. She informe

Emplacement parfait à moins de 10 min de marche du centre. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis sous la pluie. Nous ont remis clés et ouvre porte pour entrer et sortir à volonté . Nous a indiquer endroits à aller visiter et services tout près . Cuisine complète,très propre. Laveuse appréciée.Endroit sécuritaire pour l’auto. Je recommande fortement

L'appartement était très bien situé pour visiter le lac de Garde . Nos hôtes étaient charmants .L'appartement spacieux ,il me manquait rien pour notre confort .Un plus pour la climatisation et surtout propreté irréprochable.Merci à vous.

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. We loved the very small rooftop patio. Our host was very helpful with excellent information on the local area, things to do and places to eat. The parking was gated and secure, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet yet was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the town square. We did not spend much time at all in the apartment and did not cook so I cannot speak to the kitchen furnishings but everything seemed to be there.

There really is not a view from the apartment as the windows are too high off the floor to see out of them but that is nothing that the host can change. The shower did not drain quickly enough so water would build up in the pan as you shower. It was mildly inconvenient but not a major issue as it drained just quickly enough to not overfill and would completely drain about 5 minutes after the shower was turned off. Hopefully the host can look into this for future guests.

Super ausgestattete saubere und ruhige FeWo. Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Auch Mehl, Kaffee und ein paar Gewürze konnten wir finden. Stadt und Strand sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ganz kleiner Nachteil ist die Klimaanlage oben auf der Terrasse.

Die Terrasse ist nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen, des weiteren stehen auf der Terrasse die Geräte für Die Klimaanlage und die pusten die warme Luft genau dort hin wo mann sitzt,kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, nur eine mit Kaffeepads.
