Osteria Luxury Apartments

The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything and walking distance to bus stops and train station. Right near to the canal and lake Garda, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was spotless and clean. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was the best we had and great that if you’re staying in the apartments you get 10% off your bill.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but if I was being really picky, an iron in the room would be helpful.

Room Size. Proximity To Garda Ferries Literally A Minute Walk. Perfect For An Early Start To Explore Lake Garda. The Most Wonderful Setting For A Lake Garda Stay. Most Comfortable Beds Ever. Staff Were Present Friendly, They Have A Restaurant And Also Small Bar At The End Of The Street Which Look Incredible.

There Is No Kettle, No Tea/Coffee Offering Just Sparkling Water Offered Complimentary. The Nearest Supermarket Is A 25 Minute Walk Each way For Supplies If You Have No Car. Lighting Could Be Brighter In Apartment Some Rooms Very Dark. Shops In Peschiera Very Few And Far Between With Irregular Opening Hours.

la posizione è ottimale. lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. il fatto che sia sopra l'Osteria permette di cenare sotto l'appartamento e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.

Sul balcone adiacente la prima stanza al piano basso sono presenti ben tre motori dell'aria condizionata, immagino di tutti gli appartamenti, che sono ovviamente di gran disturbo la sera e che non permettono di lasciare la finestra aperta sul balcone se si vuole riposare! Peggio di tutto, sempre nella stessa stanza al piano basso, vi è una perdita di fumo dalla cappa del ristorante sottostante che affumica tutta la stanza!!! ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta quasi sempre dovendo però sorbirmi il rumore dei condizionatori sopra citati! Intollerabile!!! Infine, il bagno al piano basso ha un'apertura (non avendo finestra) che comunica direttamente con la cucina. cosa al quanto inappropriata ed imbarazzante se qualcuno deve usare il bagno in presenza di altre persone in cucina. anch'essa cosa intollerabile.
