The accommodation was excellent – well-equipped and perfectly clean. It had everything we needed. Beautiful surroundings, amazing views, a lovely terrace to sit on, easy parking, and a place to store our bikes... The host Radovan was very kind and always helpful. We will definitely return to Bergkristallhaus in Ramsau!

Amazing clean apartment, comfortable bed. The view was great! The owner was a great host and friendly, he gave us recommendations for hikes and restauransts. Also, by staying for 3 nights we were handed over a summer card which gave us free access to options for leisure free of charge or reduced price.

The bathroom for the small studio is located across the corridor, but it's not shared so it is fine.

Nice and quiet location

The accomodation didn't have an attached bathroom, but opposite to the room entrance. Althoudh, wasn't a problem for us

Great location and house-keeper. Very polite and nice to us. He knows very well location and gave us good advices for skying, eating and other trips. I can honestly recommend it.

very clean, comfortable, beautiful view from room, very close to cross country skiing trails and panorama walking path. helpful host. side road heading to accomodation was well maintained so it was ok reachable by car despite fresh snow

Apartment has very nice terrase with a beautiful view and with it's perfect location is a perfect choice for combination of skiing and cross country. Apartment is new and has a nice new furniture. Everything was clean. Dishwasher is a great benefit.

Bathroom with toilet is across the hall. There was a strange smell in the bathroom (not totally bad, just weird). City tax is very expensive in Ramsau.
